VIP Warranty Stories

Vortex has an impressive warranty policy which is one of the main reasons they obtain and keep loyal customers. Many customers write in to Vortex, sharing their stories on how the Vortex VIP Warranty helped or impacted them. We then take those stories and retell them to the larger customer base through various forms of media and in different ways to spread awareness and reinforce brand loyalty. One of the most interesting ways we retold the stories was through a series of comic strips, posted on social media throughout the year.

Role: I did not illustrate the comic strips. I worked with a contracted illustrator to provide direction and feedback on the final artwork. The initial direction I gave to the illustrator is included below.
